　　In the afternoon at exactly 2:00, the director of the Famous Cities Expo organizing committee and vice secretary of the city committee Miu Helin announced the beginning of the 2004 Nanjing China World Famous Historical and Cultural Cities Expo Carnival Festival–Culture Parade.
　　
　　For a time, flowers floated about, and there were joyous shouts from all over as the carnival festival culture parade formally began. According to our understanding, the carnival festival culture parade team will go along Gulou Square, and pass through Zhongyang Road to finally end up at Xuanwu Lake Park.
